Arrival
By car:
Coming from the direction of Vienna on the A1 (West Motorway) or from Munich on the A9, take the A10 (Tauern Motorway) at the Salzburg motorway junction, then take the Exit 28 at Golling-Abtenau, take the Lammertal Highway (B162), after 18 km you reach Abtenau.
The approach from the south: on the A10 (Tauern Motorway) exit Eben, follow the B166 through Niedernfritz, St. Martin to Abtenau.
By train:
Golling-Abtenau or Bischofshofen railway stations for all IC and EC trains, use of public bus services from Golling for EUR 2,00 one way. www.oebb.at
By air:
On arrival at the Salzburg W.A. Mozart Airport or the Franz-Josef-Strauss Airport at Munich, take the train to Golling-Abtenau and continue with public bus services (see information for rail arrivals) to your holiday destination. www.salzburg-airport.com
